1.  General

This Site includes many user generated content areas, including but not limited to: member profiles, personal messaging systems, classified ads, business directories, advertising areas, forums, blogs, e-mail services, and other areas that allow uploading of user-generated content. As a member and/or user of this site, you are expected to behave in a way that responsible and courteous to others, and respectful of others opinions and beliefs. You are also responsible for any material that you post anywhere on the site or provide through any service of  the Site. We do not control the messages, information, or files that you or others may provide through the Site. This Site, including its user-generated content features and other services, shall be used for lawful purposes only; you shall not:

This site does allow it’s users and members to post commercial intent material for the purposes of marketing the businesses of it’s members and users, however, material that is posted to any area of this site is subject to the final approval of MBS. MBS shall have the right in our sole discretion to edit, refuse to post, or remove any material submitted to or posted in any user or member area of the site, including member profiles and blogs. Notwithstanding this right, users shall remain solely responsible for the content of their messages. We neither endorse nor are responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement on the message boards or other user generated content areas of the Site, whether it is provided by us, our employees, or a third party. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss or damage of any kind caused by reliance on information obtained through postings on the message boards or other Interactive Features of the Site. We are not responsible for any offensive, defamatory, or obscene posting made on the message boards or other Interactive Features of the Site.
